The Little Red Smokehouse™ is an all wood fired, thermostatically controlled, fixed rack smoker that can cook for up to 14 hours, unattended, on one load of wood. The cook chamber has a convection fan to ensure even cooking and an electric element to assist with maintaining temperature.
The Emilio’s Special™ is a combination grill and rotisserie with a wood or charcoal firebox under both. Different sizes and capacities available.
This all gas version of our Churrasco includes two independently controlled rows of infrared burners divided into four sections above the spits.
The Fabuloso™ is a rotisserie featuring gas fired infrared burners above the rotisserie and an area at the rear for burning wood that includes a pipe burner for easy lighting of the wood. Under the rotisserie is a stainless steel pan with water nozzles for easy cleaning. Different sizes and capacities available.
The Wood Show Broiler™ is our standard, Santa Maria style grill. It can be built to any size starting at 36″ wide. The lifting wheel can be placed on the left, right or deleted. Optional accessories include a backsplash, side splashes, and shelves with or without pan cutouts.
The Churrasco is a Brazilian steakhouse style rotisserie. It can be built to any size, starting at 48″ wide.
The Milano Arosti™ All Gas is a combination grill and rotisserie. The grill has a gas fired radiant broiler and the rotisserie had gas fired infrared burners above it. Different sizes and capacities available.
