The Smoke-Master™ is an all wood fired, thermostatically controlled, fixed rack smoker that can cook for up to 14 hours, unattended, on one load of wood. The cook chamber has a convection fan to ensure even cooking and an electric element to assist with maintaining temperature.

The Oyler™ is an all wood fired, thermostatically controlled, rotisserie smoker that can cook for up to 14 hours, unattended, on one load of wood. The E Model adds electric heat elements and a convection fan to the cook chamber.
The Churrasco is a Brazilian steakhouse style rotisserie. It can be built to any size, starting at 48″ wide.
The Wood Show Broiler™ is our standard, Santa Maria style grill. It can be built to any size starting at 36″ wide. The lifting wheel can be placed on the left, right or deleted. Optional accessories include a backsplash, side splashes, and shelves with or without pan cutouts.
The Milano Arosti™ is a combination grill and rotisserie. The grill has a wood or charcoal firebox under it and the rotisserie has gas fired infrared burners above it. Different sizes and capacities available.
