Fabuloso ™
The Fabuloso™ is a rotisserie featuring gas fired infrared burners above the rotisserie and an area at the rear for burning wood that includes a pipe burner for easy lighting of the wood. Under the rotisserie is a stainless steel pan with water nozzles for easy cleaning. Different sizes and capacities available.

The Little Red Smokehouse™ is an all wood fired, thermostatically controlled, fixed rack smoker that can cook for up to 14 hours, unattended, on one load of wood. The cook chamber has a convection fan to ensure even cooking and an electric element to assist with maintaining temperature.

Wood Show Broiler ™
The Wood Show Broiler™ is our standard, Santa Maria style grill. It can be built to any size starting at 36″ wide. The lifting wheel can be placed on the left, right or deleted. Optional accessories include a backsplash, side splashes, and shelves with or without pan cutouts.
Robata
The Robata Grill includes three separate grilling surfaces and fireboxes for traditional Japanese Robata Grilling.

Custom Wood Fired Rotisserie
This Custom Wood Fired Rotisserie is a great example of what we can build. The customer can choose the width and length of the unit and the number of spits. We can add grill space or make it without grills. Contact us and we can explain all the options available.
