The Smoke-Master is a medium-capacity, fixed-rack wood-fired smoker and the bigger sibling to the Little Red Smokehouse™. Efficiently cooking up to 600 pounds of meat in under 17 square feet, it also offers up to 14 hours of unattended cooking on a single load of wood. Its convection fan and electric element ensure even cooking and temperature control, enhancing flavor without the “gassy” taste of gas/wood ovens and it’s ultra wood-fuel efficient.
Ideal for brisket, pork butts, ribs, chicken and more, the Smoke-Master™ features a high-velocity convection air system for uniform cooking without meat rotation.
